Studio Leadership Opportunity - Junior Dance Instructor

The Junior Dance Instructor role is an advanced leadership and instructor development opportunity within the Student Teacher Education Program (STEP) for experienced student leaders who are ready to move beyond assisting and begin taking greater ownership of the learning experience. Through mentorship, meaningful hands-on instructional practice, and progressively greater responsibility, participants develop the confidence, knowledge, and practical experience to plan, deliver, adapt, and evaluate instruction while helping create positive, inclusive, and engaging class environments.
