Ready to register? Great - here’s how!

Step 1

Click the link to the SDTs+ Information Document (below) and fill it out. The information document contains questions that refer to each dance that include but not are not limited to preferred music choice, preferred learning time, costume choice, etc. This is required to be filled out once per dance per dancer (ex. Sally is taking 2 solos. Sally fills in two forms - one for each solo. Sally and Ethan are doing a duet - both Sally and Ethan fill in the form for the duet.). 

Step 2

Thrive Dance SK will apply the cost of the dance to your account. Submit payment (see fee options below).
